Bug reporting is considered one of the most important problems in computer troubleshooting. After visiting the Ubuntu user forums, I found a technical term new to me: "Bug." In fact, Using the computer, I find problems effecting my work such as a program crashing and/or closing unexpectedly or an unexpected error message. In fact, I did not know all of these problems are "Bugs." The bug reports posted in the Ubuntu user forums presents many possible resolutions to these kinds of problems from many voices.
